Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a process by which Co-operation Department manages and integrates the important parts of its activities. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as Society Management, Human Resource Management, Business Development Plans, Department Operations, Godown Management etc.

The ERP provides an integrated view of core business processes of this Department, often in real-time, using common databases maintained by a database management system. ERP systems track Employees ? Strengths, Weakness etc and the status various Department operations etc. ERP facilitates information flow between all business functions, and manages connections to outside stake holders.

Co-operation Department has been transforming in to IT enabled organization. During this transformation period all the Department Officers should update information from time to time.
